Enh. Ish. :seesawing hand motion: They aren't really defining sex at conception, but if pressed, they'd probably insist that it's all down to the genes. XX you're female, XY you're male, and if it's anything else shut up you don't exist.

But whether the EO classifies all people as female is irrelevant, since the right is completely uninterested in the rule of law. Their words mean whatever they want them to mean right now, even if thirty seconds ago they meant the opposite. You can't catch people in logical inconsistencies when they are interested in neither logic nor consistency.
