Gregory's Server@dansup this is a really good idea, although I wouldn't allow blocklists to be attached to starter kits with recommendations. I think the two should probably stay separate

@jmaris Thanks, and yeah we removed the blocklists, it will only be for account and hashtag follow recommendations!
