@jwz i don't really understand either - the details seem to be unduly confusing. I wouldn't say *deliberately* confusing, but they do obscure the key message:

* get the hell off the patreon app

* or at least never use it near money

what i've been advising my patrons is: bug patreon support about whether you're affected, as much as you feel you need to.

i also put a big note at the top of my patreon page saying don't sign up with the app, tho i have no idea if it shows up

@davidgerard Do you know if there's a way for me to get a list of my patrons who *did* sign up via iOS? It would be nice to be able to message them directly to warn them about this.
