All this being said, I will keep the door open to monetization of @loops to keep it sustainable.
What I mean is that there may be features or other things that are limited to the official app and flagship instance, that will help fund sustainable long term development, one example is Live streams.
@dansup @loops Live streaming at distributed scale, like Twitch, is inherently difficult to do with good quality of service. I imagine that you could still have an open source livestream platform and a revenue stream by means of infrastructure and integration partnerships.
