I have some great personal news, we had to bring our cat and dog to the vet recently and I was so worried.

Our cat was just dehydrated! (we were thinking it was so worse, only to find out his water fountain was to dirty for him)

And my dog, my baby, my best friend: the vet said his lumps are fat deposits and that he is "slightly overweight" which I don't agree with, he is perfect.

Anyways, it feels like a weight is lifted, our family is healthy 🥰

Not me balling my eyes out, forcing my partner to take my dog to the vet only for them to say he was just "fat"

@dansup please listen to the vet about your dog's weight. it has a huge impact on their quality of life especially as they get older.

@mensrea Yeah I agree, he's not overweight though, you can see his ribs but he is like 140lbs so he is a big doggo

@dansup Despite our cats drinking from the fountain regularily we also always mix water into their wet food to avoid having to worry about them not drinking enough.
