@Judeet99 Thank you. I've been looking at that dash of red and had to go back to the high res to work it out - it's an umbrella being held by the person to its left! Its been blown inside out by the wind, which is presumably why its also to the side rather than above their head. Got to love Scottish weather 🌬️

@eclectech I think it absolutely makes the photo. A lucky anomaly perhaps as it certainly doesn't look 'planned'.

@Judeet99 Yeah, an absolutely lucky moment (for me, if not the person with the broken umbrella). I took a few on the visit and that was my favourite.

@eclectech I think our instincts 'know' when it's a good photo. I've taken photos since the days of black and white 35mm, developing my own film and doing the prints in my dad's darkroom and know composition, light and luck all play a part.
