@dkbgeek Bingo. Also, I imagine he'd have some pretty sensitive evidence he'd want to get rid of. There's a reason he's so anxious about Harris becoming president and even (seemingly) believes he'll go to prison. He's been committing lots of crimes.

It seems like he's probably an ilegal imigrant to the US, as he blatently started his company whilst in the country on a student visa. Being rich, white, & connected can provide a level of immunity to investigation for tyat sort of thing, but start pissing off the wrong people, and suddenly others will start remembering their job.
