It seems like he's probably an ilegal imigrant to the US, as he blatently started his company whilst in the country on a student visa. Being rich, white, & connected can provide a level of immunity to investigation for tyat sort of thing, but start pissing off the wrong people, and suddenly others will start remembering their job.
