Not a lawyer, so grain of salt, but I found the introduction of the term โLegal Termsโ a little bit off. I would keep using โTerms of Serviceโ to match the title of the document and abbreviate as โToSโ of โthese Termsโ if you are into the whole brevity thing ๐
