 Tbh, I should have delayed the loops.video countdown timer by 1 more week. That would have given me enough time to resolve the delays we are currently facing. I apologize, and am working diligently to get @loops into your hands ASAP! Your patience is greatly appreciated while I work on this.   Getting Loops working is a massive undertaking, and I'm sure I speak for many when I say we really appreciate your efforts 😊  @dansup @loops Well, you do have a thing for a bit over ambitious dates and then postponing. Nonetheless, your communication and interaction with the community is frequent, and in my eyes, very good! In this regard, @Mastodon could take a leaf out of your book. In general, regularly (and even repeatedly) posting about features, maybe with small gifs / animations would be great, though with the limited resources, that is already a stretch. Seems one should donate to the projects one cares about  "Coming Soon!" This would have been much better without actual countdown. 😛  @dansup @loops I've been meaning to tell you that. However, instead of just extending the timer another week, I don't think you should have started the timer at all until you knew everything was ready (in the app store). I don't think anyone would have minded loops coming out later. What bothers us is having our expectations set and broken over and over again. You're doing your best. No hate. Just trying to give feedback and perspective. |
