Make manufacturers retroactively publish schematics of their other charging connectors so people can mod any old device to also use usb-c. I'm thinking old micro-usb/lightning phones, nintendo handhelds, wireless pc keyboards and mice, bluetooth music boxes, ...
Or actually.. Why not require manufacturers to publish complete schematics of any tech they don't sell anymore?
