Making great progress on way easier @pixelfed installation!

The goal is to have your Pixelfed instance running in under 5 minutes, from git clone to logging into the app!

The current install process is geared towards large instances

By making a few things disabled by default, we can make the install process faster, but also easier with the new installer!
