Gregory's Server
I've been building this in Clojure, which has been a great learning experience and very rewarding so far. Though I'm going slower than with my usual tooling of Ruby/Rails, the confidence boost from getting competent with a very different dev toolkit has been very good for me.
The way I've been able to follow through on this project was to get pretty strict with my routine. I get up at 4:30 on most days including weekends, and get a couple of hours of focus time (if I'm lucky!) until my daughter is up and the day begins. I've been really enjoying the quiet mornings writing code.
