  @ifixcoinops I haven't seen Isolation, thanks for the idea! I did watch a behind the scenes kinda thing about Alien too recently and they really did some cool stuff with it.  @arichtman it's a game! And it's actually a better film than most of the films :P (it's not a fun game, but it is a masterpiece)  @ifixcoinops @arichtman "it's not a fun game" Not with that attitude, it isn't. Seriously, though, that shit will give you PTSD. 10/10 @arichtman @ifixcoinops I don’t think the directors cut is better. It takes all the tension away from the start of the film. The only part that definitely should have made the theatrical cut is the scene where Ripley is told that her daughter died years ago while she was in hypersleep, which makes her latching on to Newt make more sense. |

Alien 3 has a cut that makes it a technically better film to watch, but still a shite story tbh.
Best Alien trilogy is Alien (either cut honestly depending on whether you favour mood or pacing), Alien: Isolation, Aliens (full length).
