@josh @Migueldeicaza Technically, if I remember correctly, the ICJ said that Palestinians have a plausible case to be considered a recognized group, which is a prerequisite for a genocide allegation. They then said Israel should take necessary steps to prevent a genocide of that plausible group. Wikipedia is being wildly irresponsible with this article title. @josh My bad. I will go with the legal opinions of these countries (including my birth country) rather than your opinion. Or for added oomph, the second tweet: |
@Migueldeicaza Feel free to ignore me! And you're misreading the ICJ. They did not say it's a plausible genocide. They said Israel needs to act to prevent one.
