People forget to clean up all the time! And shit makes it into repos and sometimes even into production images as in your case.
This client was featured just yesterday on "This week in Fedi" and I'm not familiar with the whole Node.js ecosystem, but it seems to me that this is still just a log file that should have been added to .gitignore from the get go and thus never make it into the repo: https://github.com/Xyphyn/photon/blob/main/yarn-error.log
