I subtly suggested that, too, and whether they've tried sending any feedback about map issues to Grab.
They said they don't, and that errors are fixed "automatically." 🤔, which I interpreted in my head as: somebody else reported/fixed the same issue.

I suppose Grab could be running something like MapDust quietly in the background and editing things where drivers repeatedly "refuse" to follow directions.
