Gregory's Server@Mendie_Taoma @guffo how it works here (Sweden) is that anyone registering a party can run, but only parties getting more than 4% country wide get a seat in parliament. As for symbols we are very similar to the UK.

@WhyNotZoidberg @Mendie_Taoma @guffo almost the same here (Gernany). Parties have to get more than 5 % of the votes to get into Bundestag.
