The current geotagging support in @pixelfed is not ideal
I'm working to overhaul this to allow you to set your location to a specific geographical location (lat/long) and set your own location name, or use a predefined one.
I'm working on a FEP for this and a new Discover Map feature that will show you posts in specific boundaries!
@dansup @pixelfed this is a good approach. Is the app on TestFlight? If so, I’d love to test it.
