There is an American presidential candidate touring the country, talking about deporting the "criminal immigrants".
Also, that presidential candidate is from an immigrant family himself, and is himself a convicted felon.

@markstoneman I know you're sarcastic, but I also know why he said he likes the uneducated cuz you have to be in order not to see that he's not rich if he pays his judgements, he's a has-been TV star (Mark Burnett owes the world an apology!) and savior of only his own big fat ass. I've been paying attention since he announced his first candidacy, but sometimes I need to take a short mental health break. Even if he loses, the forces behind him will continue to work on their agenda. @ktowngirl Sometimes all I've got is sarcasm. This has been going on for so long, it hurts. @markstoneman I feel ya. When I need a break, I watch anime, Jdrama or Kdrama and listen to music or a podcast. I can't watch independent media reports about the shitshow that's been going on for so long. It's giving me anxiety. I'm watching from abroad. It's not even my country, but given the geopolitical importance of US elections, I worry about how it's going to impact the rest of the world. I can't allow it to dominate my daily life, though. @randahl And married to a woman who worked illegally as an immigrant and later lied about said violation in order to get a green card…as in, more than likely one of the immigrants he would have us believe he will round up for deportation. @randahl His aunt lied to get his mother into the country; she wrote a fraudulent letter to the immigration services, saying her sister had a job waiting: she didn't. She eventually got work as a maid in his grandfather's (the Bavarian who'd owned and run a saloon/brothel in the Yukon) house. His dad married one of the help. |
@randahl Yeah, but he's a rich-TV-star-turned-savior,
