@ponda @EUCommission @Mastodon this new instance is from the European Commission, unlike the previous one  @ponda @EUCommission @Mastodon until yesterday it was an experimental instance that would have been shut down for lack of funding.  |

I believe that was more of a trial. Now there's a permanent instance, with - I assume - all the things they've learned about Mastodon incorporated into the setup.
