@charlag Please try using rbenv/rvm instead of system-provided Ruby! I am assuming this is happening because of that.

@Gargron but I'm just running Vagrant and it sources rvm thing and I added a line to make sure that's the case. That's not system ruby, that's for sure.
I'm sorry I mentioned you, just wanted to let you know. I'll tell if I find the solution.
