@Gargron but I'm just running Vagrant and it sources rvm thing and I added a line to make sure that's the case. That's not system ruby, that's for sure. I'm sorry I mentioned you, just wanted to let you know. I'll tell if I find the solution.
@charlag Vagrant isn't used by anyone on the "core team" (me, Thib, ykzts) so it's not impossible some misconfig in Vagrant went unnoticed until now
