Or a Chech ammo depot being blown up. Destabilisation efforts in the West Balcans and Africa? Flying in refugees and taking them directly to EU borders? Oh, dude. The list is so long even Scholz should not be able to forget. Not so super-recent, you are right. Nevertheless a serious incident that has never been penalised afaik.   This is what people, and particularly independent voters in the US, don't seem to get. It is already on. Ukraine is doing the heavy lifting for us, yes. But it's happening. This is as real as war gets, short of World War III. Which makes MTG etc. TRAITORS. Not eccentrics. Not even extremists. TRAITORS. Russia is ALREADY in open war with democracy. It's a little bit easier to notice that when you live in Europe, as I do. NATO is the last firewall. |

@randahl There's reason to pretend that nothing is happening, though. Populations, organizations, or (some) politicians might begin to panic, resulting in rash and badly considered reactions leading to critical situations.
