of all the big tech companies, amazon has far and away the worst and most hostile UX. constant upsells, dark patterns, total roach motel trying to delete your account or unsubscribe from prime, the app is clunky, recommendations are awful, visual design is cluttered.

@samhenrigold for years I thought there was no share button on the iPad app. I finally realized it’s this thing. The iOS version uses a standard share symbol.

@samhenrigold Tell me about it! I moved to Walmart+ because it's the only way I can get packages with 1-day shipping (Amazon stopped doing that and 2-day shipping for my area), and I cancelled Amazon Prime, except I still kept getting charged. Turns out they make you go through like 15 different pages before it gets fully cancelled. Apparently I missed one of them, so it didn't actually get cancelled.
