@koteisaev I saw similar statement in a Jack London's story somewhere, maybe about Martin Eden. The GOP, the party of millionaires shills. Woodrow Wilson was also a fan of Ku Klux Clan but I think they started building it a bit later. The whole dam project is made by some US company so Ukraine now has a genuine US powerplant! |
@Helgi Today the GOP itself colludes - being effectively on putin hook and may be even recruited.
Not think that "small government" per se was a factor. What really matters is what type of "ethics" that "small government" is charged with.
UBI would reduce need in many bureaucrats who now decide who is poor enough to get some benefits, making government really smaller.
So GOP is not for "small government" but for "billionaires pet government".
Billionaires seen soviet nomenclature as colleagues.
