@neauoire yeah i have same dream, i am trying to gather the wooden beams to build like a 30ft x 30ft x 25 ft a-frame for training. cross your fingers for me .. @neauoire pretty nice. @neauoire yeah its pretty crazy what the calisthenics crowd is up to, there are like old 75 year old guys in parks in nyc that also can still do all kind of stuff like this so must be a pretty good way of staying in shape? @fleeky Just got back, can't do it. Not even close. I'll start with the more basic exercises and build my way there. It's tough as hell @vacuumbeef @fleeky nono, I had the beat going. (Alignment's set at TEGENDRAADS 2024) @neauoire you got dis ! this convo got me thinking about plange again, ive been working on my handstand press first but maybe ill try to make this a year for handstand plange and handstand pushup. always inspirational when someone is working to push there level :) @fleeky Starting to get the hang of this, can't do muscle up but I can swing myself equal to the bar and slow down the descent by a bit. @neauoire nice ! I actually started plange handstand training again thanks to the exercise thread .. maybe I can get it this time !! So far I am at the bottom of the mountain, just holding a better tuck position and see till have toes on the ground, but they are getting lighter..
