Isn't that a completely different movie?
I loved Avatar. I was not crazy about The Last Airbender. I guess it's cute for children though. Since it's about a child anyway.

I almost wish I've been keeping up with these things. I love sci-fi. But I don't have channels on a TV anymore. Gotta buy a new streaming service every time one thing I like comes out.
So I choose to pay the $200/month for one streaming service and stick with that.

Avatar the Last Airbender was a Nickelodeon animated series. It was really great. It did so good, M Night decided to make it into a live film … and stripped all that was good about the TV show from it.

I hated James Cameron's Avatar movie but I loved the Cartoons (OG and Korra) and Last Airbender movie. Have yet to watch the Netflix series.
