@darwinwoodka @frameworkcomputer it's not that we don't want to get promoted, it's that the only possible promotion is through the managerial ladder. If they had a longer ladder than junior/mid/senior X, for any X (developer, accountant, plumber), that runs dry after 5 years, then maybe we would be more content and have a(nother) reason to stay.
@mdione @frameworkcomputer I've worked at places that had dual ladder technical programs, they're great.
