A while ago I've set my focus back on web dev again and mainly the Goldfish concept 💪 Currently I'm busy getting fully back into the code with courses so that we can rewrite the front- and backend in the right away with a seperation and API :blobcathearts: 11 comments

@ChrisWere @dansup Also! I feel like TikTok doesn't implement any mental health feature, perhaps they even actively try to avoid it Social media should always come at least second to life in uh.. life!

@stux Yeah, they either don't care about mental health, or the cruelty of it is a feature rather than a bug. I tried it for a bit last year, but I couldn't bear how the algorithm kept showing me things I told it not to.

@tom @ChrisWere @dansup @vidzy That doesn't matter 😉 There's also Mastodon, Pleroma, Misskey, Akkoma etc etc all for microblogging so why not more options for this also?

@stux I'm so pumped for #Goldfish and being able to help you build this out. This really is a shining example of the collaboration that is possible in the fediverse. Fuck competition, Loops + Goldfish are family and will have features and opportunities that are unique to such an open and decentralized platform. Collaboration is key, we can show the internet how it's done properly, and make history together ❤️ |
