@fleeky The pull up thing started off when I saw someone at the gym who was just "hanging", like hanging with their arms stretched down for 60 seconds, I started doing the same and I noticed that after a while I was able to pull myself up from hanging down. That and handstand are really good to move toward 20 pullups series if that's your thing :)

Looking forward to the spring as well :) Digging shit out is best training!

@neauoire @fleeky I always try to do pull ups in slowmo e.g. 4/5 s up, hold for 2/3 s, 4/5 s down (but not completly (no loose hanging)), hold for 2/3 s and up again. However, I'm always proud af if I manage to do 12 or more. 😅

@neauoire thanks for the tips !
i recently did a show where i had to climb a rope and learned some footholds to sit while up in the rope for like 2 minutes, i noticed that the rope climb + hold actually really worked my abs (much more than my shoulders for instance) ,, would recommend rope climbing if you can , also i still think that Chinese style pole climbing is probably one of the best all body workouts although not as good as climbing probably.
