I also read sakurajima.moe/@chikorita157/1 , but no idea if it is a source of trust about the source of the issue.

It's a beginning of worse spam waves.

Still, we've got time to relax and take steps for better spam filtering.

@ayo I'll personally check them today - if instances still have ongoing spam or old spam not removed I'll leave them on the list and explain why, however it's best to say you can begin removing them all (even after my second list is up) because worst case scenario: you just import the list again.
