We've only seen about 25,000 new homes built since then.
In 2019 about 71% of Tucsonans could afford a mortgage.
In 2022 that dropped to about 34%.
In 2022 Arizona had 3 of the 10 cities with highest-priced rent increases in the nation.
Our inflation is still high and it's aiding removal and refacing the entire city with fuckos that had never heard of Tucson 5 years ago.
