Vernissage

As you may already heard Vernissage will became independent platform (backend and web). One of the Fediverse 🌎 part like Mastodon, Writefreely, Pixelfed and others.

For this reason I would like to change current Vernissage for Pixelfed client name. Something that you will like and connect with Pixelfed 😉.

On this occasion, please send me your suggestions on what the new Vernissage for Pixelfed could be called. This is an app created with ❤️, for you, and you can create a part of it.

Today marks exactly one year since Vernissage debuted in the AppStore. It was a very intense year in which we published a lot of updates and introduced a lot of new features. We look forward to the next year and the development of Pixelfed and the fediverse with optimism 🎉🥳🍾

- Add compose new status button to bottom menu
- Add “Save photo” action to context menu
- Add “Share photo” action to context menu
- Add “Show media description” action to context menu
- Add “ALT” image button to images on timelines (with new setting)
- Add “Show more” button to long media description on status details
- Translations improvements

Changes:
- Information about liked photos directly on the timeline
- Changed default placeholder when image does not have blurhash (blurred image)
- Fixed issue with not displaying correct image placeholder
- Fixed buttons in compose screen when button shapes are enabled in accessibility
- Fixed issues with duplicated images on timelines

Changes:
- Fix issue with not clickable “Show NSFW” button on carousel.
- Fix image resizing on timelines for carousel.
