@gamingonlinux
I've been using the regular release since its first release. Great and underrated distribution in my opinion. I have three systems (two desktops and one Notebook) running Kubuntu 23.10 right now. I hope Plasma 6 will be available via an ppa soon.

@gamingonlinux How stupid they have to be to send tou an email to ask you a download link? Are they really so incapable on looking for it by themselves? Come on!

@gamingonlinux would be nice to see tests with this one and latest amd / nvidia drivers.

@gamingonlinux how do we use the new drivers in say, Ubuntu, or Arch, or Mint, for example? Would love to give them a try, I have an RTX 2060 Super, so would probably be perfect for testing.

@gamingonlinux is the native version on par with Proton ? Back during EA, running the game with Proton was much better than the native one. I did not even bother trying it with the 1.0 release.

@gamingonlinux Valve's implementation of Remote Play on Steam Deck was always iffy, and as such, I've been using Steam Link (Flatpak) instead for that for years now

@gamingonlinux Thanks for reporting this. Itโ€™s technically been broken since SteamOS 3.5 because the gamma was so bad.

I suspect it requires a SteamOS fix and will have to come with 3.6.

@gamingonlinux I feel like a lot more people use this feature than we think. I always see complaints and people asking for help. Hope Valve puts in some time to get it to a good place.

@gamingonlinux I thought this wasn't coming out for at least a few more months.

@gamingonlinux I had massive issues on KDE 5.27 on Fedora 39 using Nvidia 545 drivers so Wayland crashed literally 5mins after booting so I had to go back to GNOME. I'm hearing from Fedora 40 KDE 6 users with Nvidia GPUs in the 30 series like mine that they fixed it and it works on Nvidia so fingers crossed

@gamingonlinux
Of course they pull this on Pokรฉmon Day, when everyone's talking about the new announcement

@gamingonlinux They went after Dolphin at this point I'm not surprised. It's most likely getting forked anyways so...

@gamingonlinux Looking at the rhetoric of their (Nintendo's) claims, the language deliberately states that Nintendo has a monopoly over the software that runs on their console. Given all of the "anti-gatekeeper" legal initiatives that have taken hold in Europe, it will be interesting to see if Nintendo isn't implicated due to their own language and practices.
