@garritfra I love this book, it was a great read! I appreciate it when hard sci-fi feels so grounded in reality Why do we need cases for our phones? Shouldn't the phone have a repairable chassis? Imagine buying a car and having to wrap it in a custom chassis. @garritfra Because repairing/replacing a case would be even simpler than the most repairable chassis? The "Mind Rope" experiment is my indicator for how focused my mind is at a given time. More where that came from, please! /s I just looked up at the night sky and saw a chain of ~15 starlink satellites zip by. Beautiful and daunting at the same time.  @garritfra The first time I saw that it was completely by accident. If I wasn't aware of Starlink before I saw them, I'd have been really wigged out. Even knowing, it was pretty surreal. @garritfra Sus tbh! I vote that we vent Microsoft teams irrevocably into the cold hard vacuum of space. There will be no regrets!  I'm traveling to #Crete soon and I'm looking for books about either Crete or Greek mythology. Any tips on what I could read during my stay?
