@aw There's still an issue with the screen device drawing outside of bounds. I've made an example file to better debug this one but I can't figure this one out: https://git.sr.ht/~rabbits/uxn11/tree/main/item/etc/screen.bounds.tal

@neauoire @neauoire despite thinking all my WIP music is shit, I still often play it all on loop as a playlist, and every track "eats my thought" in the way an actual good song does, so... perhaps on some level I have what you're saying happen? Check out @rostiger's wonderful illustrated fundamentals of music theory. Chatting on #uxn irc.esper.net through @d6's terminal rom :uxn: @neauoire @rostiger yes! here's the link: https://corvid.cafe/files/uxn-zine/uxn-zine.pdf it's a little funky to assemble, and needs to be printed double-sided. here are the instructions i followed to begin with [https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Zine_Making/Putting_pages_together#An_8-sided_zine_from_1_sheet_with_1_cut], and once that's done you staple the spine, then cut the extra folds (i should probably add a video tutorial to my webpage on it...) Thanks to @aw, the vanilla javascript implementation of #uxn has now feature parity with Varvara, except for the audio device. It plays @nf's Fourtette perfectly. @neauoire @d6 the left arrow is the only arrow that works in vt100, so I can sort of move around :D

@aw I've added a few more tests the your pixel testing file, I'll use the two remaining corners to test for flipx, flipy in the auto byte when it gets added. Listening to music through CMUS in a Uxn instance, the rendering of curses could be improved somewhat :eccehomo:

We get to check our mail about four times a year, and today was such a day. It's mostly little correspondence that we get, we don't order stuff online because we can't get to it, but when we get mail I sometimes find one of SL's zines in there and I'm always eager to check because of these. I relate to SL's complicated relationship with computers and how they break. |
