You know, when I first watched Family Guy, I could not get the hype. In fact I lost respect for people who enjoy it. But coming back to it years later, I still believe it's one of the worst TV shows ever made, and I lose faith in humanity every time. Comedy is about humor. Humor is supposed to be funny. Family Guy has absolutely zero humor. The entire basis of its "humor" is to repeat a word or phrase over and over again, to the point where it "becomes funny" because of "how awkward" it is that it has gone on for so long. I don't think a single episode of Family Guy has ever had an actual joke. Family Guy's humor is physical, not mental. To those who find it stimulating, I suggest you study the blade.

I've done direct action. I was a leader and organizer. I learned from the best, and most controversial, Wayne Hsuing. I've been on the megaphone a few times and my head is filled with theories about social change.

But before that, I was always a community builder. All my friends at school went to my house, and on my websites.

Now my mission is to preserve the right for people to build communities in the first place. Combine all these things and you get Alex Gleason.
