I wanna run an instance for people who lives in northern Brazil or in neighboring countries experiencing amazonian dynamics (the amazon is more than the brazilian amazon), but I cannot run it by myself and I cannot afford paying for the service in euro or usd.

Can you explain why prices in EUR/USD are a problem? (That could help providers consider alternative options.) If, say, https://masto.host/pricing/ offered the basic plan for 36 BRL/month instead of 6 $/month, would it be more accessible?
