seamonkeyyyy its a browser, detects rss feeds, built-in irc client, built-in full-on htmt editor, mail and newsgroups client: ive been thinking about how i learned the computer programming stuff i know, and i think it boils down to "don't worry about which one", "keep trying", and "if it feels too hard or frustrating, then take a break and do something different, and then come back to it later if you are in the mood to try again". and the most important thing: find (a) communit{y,ies} you like thank you for reading my textbook on how to learn computer programming @m455 Lovely! The only thing I'd write in my textbook other than "see m455's canonical text" would be "eventually learn more than one". gonna get funding to hire developers and introduce 37 new web browsers into the world to demonopolize firefox and chrome so hard that you forget they exist and that we need to go back to making browser-specific css rules |
@m455 I'm using it for the past month! Writing this in it, matter of fact. It's my home for Mastodon in particular just because the copy link right-click context menu works so reliably <3
I don't use any of the rest, though. I had no idea it has a feedreader, html editor and IRC client!
