@yogthos A case study: in the run up to Christmas we started getting notifications that packages had been delivered when they in fact hadn't been, and they were showing up the following day. I found out why when I happened to see one of the drivers delivering and he apologised. Turns out that every day he was being given way more packages than he could. possibly deliver and was working til 11pm then marking everything left as delivered to get the machine off his back to get some sleep. @yogthos Terrifying and depressing.
