I finally got my first #framework laptop: 13", 12th gen I7-1260P, DIY Edition. I expected to get a bunch of parts, but it came in single pack with two small boxes: fully assembled laptop and accessories (SSD, RAM, expansion cards). The hardest thing in assembling the device was to find a USB flash.

The laptop is beautiful inside and out. Each item is signed with a QR code, assembled perfectly. The body and keyboard are nice. The display is really good: bright and juicy.

I needed to update my old macbook and decided to make an experiment: I ordered Framework to give a chance to Linux on desktop. I haven't been used linux for probably 12 years, but I got tired of macos for this years, and I need to add some fun to my life :D.

Will try to post some photos of playing with this constructor as i ordered DIY version...
