I finally released an initial version of my Mastodon to RSS bridge: FeeDon! If you're wondering what this can do over the out-of-the-box Mastodon RSS feeds, the tl;dr is that it can convert your account's timelines and lists into RSS feeds instead of just individual users. https://www.stevegattuso.me/2023/08/14/introducing-feedon.html  @vesto yaaaaaaaasssssssss I like that this logs in as "you" and thus can show (at least it seems from my reading?) unlisted/FO/DMs. very cool steve I look forward to playing with it when I have a bit of time my new metric to rate the quality of a city is "indy bookstores and libraries per capita." it is the complement to my other metric of rating how bad cities are: "pickup trucks per capita." inspired by @klardotsh i let chickpeas subsidize my lack of artistic ability while still contributing to #theLogo had amazing weather for racing today β΅οΈπ apparently north western winds are exciting days for sailing here. new mastodon members: pls consider putting political content behind a content warning. one of the reasons I left twitter is that I couldn't stomach all of the outrage porn and yelling about issues. not saying don't post about it ever here, just know that content warnings allow for political content to be an opt-in experience for your followers rather than opt-out π. either way welcome to mastodon and we're happy you've decided to join us β€οΈ |
