Please, someone is in Germany to get in touch with Hetzner?

I just received an email with an invoice saying that they are going to charge 24.46 euros to my credit card for the use of 278 hours of their service. Remembering that I only stayed at Hetzner for one day, soon after they took down my account and my site without warning. The email sent does not accept replies, I would have to log into my account. BUT MY ACCOUNT WAS DELETED BY HETZNER.

They deleted my account, but not my credit card! I'm almost crying here.

If you have a website hosted on Hetzner, take it off from their servers immediately. This morning I woke up with my instance down and this message in my mailbox:

"Dear Ms...

We have noticed irregularities on your account, so we unfortunately cannot have a contract with you at the present time. We have therefore had to close your account.

In general, if customers give us incomplete or incorrect information, we have to close their accounts.

We cannot provide any information on individual cases. Thank you for your understanding.

Kind regards"

Without giving any warning or reason, they deleted my account with everything inside (Thankfully we have back ups every 12 hours). I couldn't even log into their site to open a ticket. They deleted my entire instance.

Maybe your host is collateral damage of a police raid? At least there was one reported in the press: heise.de/news/BKA-schaltet-kri (German)

@Ursalzona thankfully I can't use Hetzner because 1) my country's bank cards are not accepted anywhere 2) they refuse to service russian customers anyway

@Ursalzona lmfao ive heard about this shit, id honestly go for hetzner if they didnt require and ID and / or 20 euro ( iirc they removed that now, so ur forced to use ID ),, i use contabo now, but yeah, oof ( contabo isnt much better either lmao )
