The #ThinkPad t520. Itβs in very good condition for its age. Only needed minimal cleaning. As far as upgrades go, 16GB of RAM and a replacement battery are first up. The current one is about 44% degraded. After that, a 1600x900 display panel and an i7 quad core are next. Iβll probably upgrade the WiFi card at some point also. Iβm loving this thicc machine so much.   @68000 you can install Ivy Bridge CPUs on Sandy Bridge models afaik. But you need Coreboot-based firmware to get microcode for CPUs.  He knows what he did.
