We returned from an overnight trip. We were gone 28hrs. Gomez came to greet us and then he plopped behind the couch in his special cat lounger I made and hung out while we relaxed streaming some TV.

Gomez is sitting in a new cat chair that let's him be at level with the back of the couch. He normally sits on the thin back rest of the couch and nearly falls off every twenty minutes. This new seat keeps him safe. It keeps him near us as we watch TV.

Gomez is enjoying his 14th hour of sleep. I imagine he dreams of the forbidden treats he may not and cannot eat for they make him barf. But he does love them so.

Both foster kittens are now gone. Madeline went to a family already. My wife is getting updated on how perfect the kitten is every other day by the mom. Roderick has gone to the cat Cafe where he's been 24hrs. Already there's a buzz about him. I suspect he'll be adopted in a matter of days. The adoption paperwork takes that long to vet adoptive families.
