More winter birds in Central Park: a white-breasted nuthatch, a male and a female northern cardinal, and, watching over everything, a juvenile red-tailed hawk.

The nuthatch is walking down the trunk of a tree with its head sticking out parallel to the ground.
The male cardinal is on a thin branch, facing me, with its head tilted to its right.
A ¾ rear profile of a female cardinal that has its head tilted to the right.
The hawk is on a ~5 cm thick branch, looking down and towards me.

Feeding time for baby robins. The odd thing is the two side-by-side nests—yesterday, I saw three chicks in the left nest; today; I saw two chicks in the right nest (and one fledgling on the ground). I don't know if both nests were active or if the chicks just moved.

There are two nests. In the left nest, an adult robin feeding a chick that has its wings spread. A second one has its beak open.
