Yesterday we went on a hike to a nearby fortress - Forte de São Filipe (1582), Setúbal and on the path up stumbled upon a colony of cats! 🐈🐈⬛
It's my understanding that the cat colonies in this area (and many other districts) are looked after by associations and NGO's - with TNR (Trap, neuter, release) in place, microchipped, with regular feeding and care.
So, cats, a cool fortress, and back into the flow with a small hike - it was a good day 😊
