The Constitutional Court of the Federal Republic of #Germany has ruled back in 2008 that the #integrity and #confidentiality of (our personal) #computers is indeed a constitutionally guaranteed right. The ruling seems to emphasize limits on acute or punctual infiltration rather than stopping the systemic weakening of the infrastructure by laws that demand #backdoors, access and #coercion of administrators; But AFAIK, it still lends support to the goal to #ProtectTheStack at all levels. I'm all the more severely disappointed that society™, by and large, utterly fails to grasp the importance of this basic right. Which is reflected and brazenly exploited in the plans for #Chatcontrol. And that we still have to argue and work very hard to defend our basic infrastructure from state meddling at this level. |

Dann kennst du Eduard den Haschischhund? Und kannst mir vielleicht sagen an wen ich mich wenden müsste um einem Drogenspürhund im Ruhestand ein Zuhause bieten zu können? Ich liebe nämlich Hunde und auch wenn ich selbst nicht mehr Kiffe stelle ich mir das sehr praktisch vor wenn mal wieder ein Genosse sein Dope verlegt hat...
