 Oh they’re fucked. They way overpaid for the catalog and she owns all the publishing rights. And that’s before the re-recordings she’s done, of which they get zero interest of any kind. All the songwriting royalties, all the publishing, and all licensed commercial uses of her music go through her. Period. All that’s left for them are streaming and sales of the original album releases only. |
